Julia Limongello, Founder

Julia is a real estate development and design professional with nearly 20 years of experience on residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects.

Julia was a Director at The Durst Organization, where she was responsible for managing ground-up development projects from acquisition and entitlement through design, construction administration and operations turnover.  She started her career at Durst on One World Trade Center assisting the construction of the $3.8 billion development.  Most recently, Julia managed Durst’s Philadelphia portfolio, formulating feasibility studies and master plans for several sites along the Delaware River.  During her time at Durst she led the design and construction of over $2.5 billion in development, including more than 2,500 residential units and over 300,000 sf of commercial space.  Projects under her purview included EOS Nomad, VIA 57 West, SVEN LIC in New York City and the proposals for the Market Street and Marina Basin sites at Penn’s Landing along with the Vine Street site in Philadelphia. 

Julia is a native Philadelphian, before her time at Durst she worked as an architect in and around the city.  Her clients included Garces Group, Le Meridien, Mastery Charter Schools and the Radnor Township School District.

Julia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Master of Architecture from The University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science, Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
